The Government has done away with Home Information Packs. But Energy Performance Certificates are still a requirement and must be commissioned at the point that you first market your property for sale. An EPC will confirm how energy efficient your home is so that you and your prospective purchaser can ascertain the possible level of improved energy efficiency.
