Meet The Team


Russell Russell has 14 years estate agency experience and ran a multi-branch, award winning High Street property company for several years before becoming part of the eMoov online estate agents team. His spare time is devoted to his family of four children (three under five years old!) and to politics, his 'hobby'.		Graham Graham is a successful and creative designer and advert producer. When not working 'far too many hours' (says his wife Caroline) he is also an ABA boxing coach. He lives in a former fire station and dotes on daughter Alice.		Jay Jay has an incredible mix of business experience and successes to his name and is an eMarketing expert. He is an integral part of eMoov's bold marketing strategy and also ensures that the latest technology is best employed within the business.


Karolina Karolina has a masters degree in banking, but we don't hold that against her ;-) She's a real fashionista and once modelled in her native Slovakia. She has three young children to contend with as well as her accounting role at eMoov.		Callum Callum is immeasurably polite and helpful. He is a music buff and and is lead singer in The Shermans, a fab band that we're sure is set for super stardom! He’s a West Ham fan too, his only fault really....		Lauren Lauren is an experienced property negotiator and administrator having spent the last three years in sales. She loves the world of celebrity and gossip and follows dozens of stars on Twitter. Refreshingly honest, she's a true eMoov asset.


Simon Simon is refreshingly candid. He tells it how it is and we like that. Buyers and sellers seem to appreciate his approach too. Efficient and conscientious, he fits right in to our rapidly expanding team.	Emma Emma started with us as part of the Government apprentice scheme, joining us in May 2012, and has quickly been promoted since. She’s a keen, fast learner who impresses us with her work ethic. She doesn’t just make the tea. In fact, she never makes the tea. How things change!	Joanne Joanne is a vastly experienced estate agent and managed a High Street office for several years before joining eMoov.co.uk in 2011. Her knowledge of the home selling process is unrivalled as is her distinctly bubbly persona. Beware…. Once she starts laughing she can’t stop!


Tom Tom is a creative graphic and web designer. He is also an ambitious camera man and video editor, who is always eager to grab his camera. When he isn't maintaining the eMoov site with Graham he can be found buried in his Xbox. He hates writing about himself in the 3rd person.	Caroline Caroline is a cool, mild mannered negotiator and her organisational skills are limitless. When she's not at work you will find her pursuing her love for fine art, mosaics and sculpture of which she is amazingly gifted.	Sue Sue has a background in administration and accountancy. Her invaluable talents ensure the that the financial side of the business runs smoothly. Sue is a keen saxophonist and recently took part in the Sax-Massive performance at the Norwich Festival. She is also a keen motorcyclist and there is nothing she loves more than to feel the wind in her hair (and even the bugs between her teeth).
