We can take care of your EPC too at the same time. Remember that whilst HIPs are no more, an Energy Performance Certificate is still a legal requirement. Your home will then go live on ALL the major property websites. Add some of our optional extras such as an EPC (now just £49 plus vat and a legal requirement for all properties marketed for sale), a Rightmove and/or Zoopla, Prime Location and FindaProperty Premium Listing, a 360 Virtual Tour and a For Sale board. Choosing the right mortgage deal from a choice of the entire market, not just a bit of it, will save you £thousands in the long run.

6. We will help oversee your transaction once you’ve accepted an offer, all the way to moving day and regardless of which fee option you have chosen. Just like an old fashioned estate agent does. There's no difference apart from the COST.
