OPTION ONE
Our most popular way to pay... An initial £295.00 plus vat which includes photographs, measurements, a floor plan and full descriptive write up compiled for you. Your home will then be listed on all of the UK’s busiest property websites above such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, FindaProperty etc. There is nothing more to pay at anytime whatsoever and this fee option lasts
until you sell. No catch. OPTION TWO
An upfront payment of £199.00 plus vat and then £299.00 plus vat on completion of your sale. The same service and marketing exposure as above. No sole agency tie-ins or contractual small print. All of the big name property portals for a massive saving on High Street commissions.
OPTION THREE
‘Pay as you go’ at just £99.00 plus vat for each month your home is for sale with us. Stay marketed for as long as you like on this basis or change to any other fee option whenever you choose. A massive audience of 170 million buyer visits to our partner sites for much, much less. Same package as the other options, just a different way of paying.
OPTION FOUR
£999.00 plus vat is a lower fee than any High Street estate agent will ever charge you. Pay £950.00 plus vat on sale completion and just £49.00 plus vat upfront. Again, the same marketing package as the other fee options..... Great exposure for a far lower fee.
