The Role

Responsible for negotiating offers, progressing sold properties, selling the benefits of our conveyancing and mortgage services to both buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities

  • Exercise the highest level of customer service at every customer touchpoint
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or chat
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Qualifying buyers financial position
  • Liaising with solicitors during the sales process
  • Providing both buyers and sellers with regular updates
  • Able to sell the benefits of all our extra services
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions

Minimum Requirements

  • Impeccable level of customer service

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • OTE – £28,000+
