Sales Progression Manager – Estate Agency

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is exercised at every stage of the sales progression process
  • Assist the Director of Sales with improving the conversion rate of opportunity to lead and leads to answered calls
  • Improve communication between all parties throughout the progression process
  • Help develop and coach all team members on the processes involved in reaching a successful exchange of contracts

Minimum Requirements

  • Impeccable level of customer service
  • You must match our obsession for delivering the ultimate customer experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • At least 12 months experience in a management position
  • The ability to motivate a team of individuals
  • In depth knowledge of the entire sales journey from offer received to contract completion
  • Experience in dealing with third party suppliers (solicitors and financial advisors)
  • A proven track record in driving ancillary up sales within estate agency (mortgage and conveyancing)
  • Drive and determination to exceed set targets in ancillary up-sales
  • Experience within a volume organisation
  • Understanding of the moving and conveyancing process and how to improve it

Package

  • Base Salary – £25,000
  • Commission Package that will take OTE to £50,000
  • 20 Days holiday allowance plus all bank holidays
  • 40 hour working week
