This is a blog post for the apprehensive seller that is perhaps swayed by the argument of a High Street agent that they are the ‘safe bet’ when selling your home.
On Saturday we sold a terraced house in Woking saving the owner over £5000.00 in estate agents fees.
Today we have sold a semi-detached house in Wimborne, Dorset saving the owner £3800.00 in commission.
Both houses were only on the market with us for a matter of a few short weeks, including the quiet Christmas period.
Both were also previously on the market with ‘traditional’ High Street estate agents who simply couldn’t sell them.
The owners can breathe a sigh of relief that they didn’t. Because if they had been able to, Emoov wouldn’t have just saved them £8800.00 in selling fees.
That is a LOT of money to have thrown away…
