A survey this week confirms what most have known for a while now. People search online for their home now rather than by any other medium.
Fabricproperty.com state that 96.7% of buyers surveyed choose online to look for their next home whereas five years ago it was just 49.2%.
Just 9.8% of prospective purchasers now ‘rely’ on old fashioned property particulars being posted. Even ‘for sale board spotting’ as a means of finding your ideal home has dropped in popularity from 14.8% to 6.6% today.
Seems that this online estate agents thing might really take off 😉
