Clarence House, soon-to-be home to newlyweds Will and Kate, has been valued by property site Zoopla at £47 million.
This is largely down to the size and location of the property – 40,000 sq feet in prime SW1.
The couple will also have use of Windsor Castle, valued at £171 million, and will ultimately take up residence in Buckingham Palace, valued at £982 million.
Should the Royal family ever need to offload these three properties, they could expect to pay estate agents fees of a staggering £24 million!
eMoov, on the other hand, would charge a flat fee of £349 per property, or £1,047 for the three!
Quite a saving…
