In 2001 the UK consumer spent £1.8 billion online.

By 2010 that figure had risen to £56 billion, an increase of 2800%.

John Lewis says that their online income is up 43% on last year alone.

InternetRetailing.net suggests that by 2020 HALF of all products and services purchased will be via the internet. And it will heavily influence the purchase of the other half too.

Online, eh? Some in our industry say it’s just a fad…

We think that they may be wrong about that.
