We’ve just agreed a sale on a one bedroom apartment within ‘The Brewery’ development in Romford.

Having been marketed by a well known ‘established for donkeys’ years’ agent for many months previously, we’re naturally pretty ecstatic that within a few short weeks we were able to sell the flat and they were not.

The owner has saved around £2000 in estate agents fees too and so has now not only sold but at a much lower cost.

If you think you should use an estate agent that has been on the High Street since the days of gas lamps and penny farthings because they are more likely to be successful, think again…

It may well be that such an ‘established’ approach is exactly why you might NOT sell your property through them.
