Dec 8, 2012

Well, here’s some stats straight from the Emoov number crunchers. See for yourself.

In 2012 we sold 506 properties. Our average sale price is £220,000. This year the lowest value property sold was a shared ownership house in Havant, Hampshire at just £23,750. Our most expensive property sold was in Belsize Park, London NW3 at £3.175 million.

The latter saved the owner over £70,000 in estate agency fees compared to Foxtons, who also pitched for the instruction.

Our average fee saving per property during £2012 was £3800.00. That means that in the last 12 months alone we have saved the house selling public just under £2MILLION!

Our contribution to austerity.

In 12 months we have doubled in size twice and are now the largest low cost online estate agent in the UK.

2013 is looking good. Unless you’re a High Street estate agent that is…. are low cost online estate agents with fees of just £395 plus vat
