Ed Sheeran has gone from sleeping rough to an international name on the music scene and now those cold nights on the streets must be a distant memory, as he is rumoured to have his eye on some prime London property.
The 24 year old has supposedly scheduled a viewing for a penthouse apartment in the luxurious St Pancras Chambers in King’s Cross. The “apartment” spans three floors and over 3,000 square feet so Ed should have enough room for a few guitars at a squeeze.
The penthouse is part of a development of 67 luxury flats in the Grade I-listed building. Ed’s potential apartment comes with original beams as standard and two of the bedrooms are set in the building’s gothic tower.
The property is impressive to say the least and at £6.5m you wouldn’t expect any less. But the Brit Award winner won’t worry too much, Ed is reportedly worth over £20m so he should have plenty to cover the costs of moving should he feel it ticks all the boxes.
