For the second year in a row, Emoov.co.uk has been awarded the prize of “Best Online Estate Agent For Customer Experience” by AllAgents.co.uk.
The independent review site focusses on reviewing estate agents from across the UK, based on feedback from UK buyers and sellers.
Since winning the award last year, Emoov have continued to climb the ranks and now sit at number seven out of 25,290 UK estate agencies! Only a handful of well-established high street agents, stand in front of Emoov and the top spot, with Emoov leading the online sector in customer service by a mile.
But this latest award isn’t about having a shiny medal to show off, Emoov place a great importance on the level of customer service they provide. The latest net promoter score (NPS) from Emoov customers scored +61, an outstanding recommendation score, highlighting just how deep the customer service culture runs in the company.
On top of the impeccable service Emoov provides, they have already saved their property sellers on average £4,200 in 2015.
Emoov aren’t taking their foot off the gas. The company are continuing to grow fast and believe the most important factor in this growth, is delivering world class customer service.
