Pharrell Williams, 42-year-old singer and songwriter, has just listed his two-storey Miami condo at a whopping $10.9 million. However, it seems that the singer of ‘Happy’ isn’t that happy after all, as he is selling this penthouse for around $2 million less than he bought it for in 2007.Pharel14

This luxury property spans over two floors featuring five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and a three-storey living room. The singers pad is decorated with an elegant staircase, Family Guy paintings and framed interview of himself by the king of pop, Michael Jackson.

When it comes to fresh air, who needs a landscaped garden when you have a rooftop terrace with pool, an outdoor barbecue area as well as a home theatre complete with red leather seats.6

If movies aren’t your thing, then there is a separate entertainment room that features a wooden billiards table and telescope. The building’s residents have access to a state-of-the-art fitness centre complete with a sauna.16
