It’s common knowledge that we take customers’ experience very seriously. However, one seller loved our service so much that he would love to come and work for us!

Our outstanding service paired with our great savings is something that one seller, Umar, from Solihull, took into great consideration when choosing the right estate agent to sell his property with. After spending a good time deliberating on the service he wished to choose (which we suggest all buyers and sellers should do) he picked us.


The property itself is a beautiful four-bedroom, semi-detached house in the sought after area of Solihull. The home is set over three floors and comprised of large living spaces with a modern finish. The large garden to the rear and private spaces to park two cars makes this property the perfect family home. With this in mind, it would be unjust to say that this property was difficult to sell – it wasn’t.

Our professional photos, which come with all our packages, soon had the viewings flooding in and the first viewing offered 100% of asking price and so our seller was…sold!
