We are proud to have been crowned the best online estate agent for the third year running this morning by review site allAgents.co.uk. Although the online sector has seen tremendous growth in terms of size and popularity over the last year, it would seem that our award winning combination of outstanding customer service and empowering technology remains the best in the business.
AllAgents examined the reviews left by customers over the last 12 months to generate the rating system and ultimately name winners in various categories. We distinguished ourselves from the competition with an impressive 1373 reviews, 798 reviews more than House Network, who placed second.
It is an honour to be acknowledged for our hard work, dedication, and most of all, our focus on strong customer service. We talk about it a lot, but the way we treat our customers really is what sets us apart, both within the online and estate agency sectors as a whole – we are obsessed with it!
The emergence of online estate agents has taken the property world by storm because companies like Emoov have set out to improve customer service and efficiency, something that has been lacking among high street agents. Customer empowerment is the new and improved method of faring through today’s property market.
As a result, we are delighted to be awarded with this accolade once again as a testament to the culture that is engrained into Emoov from the top to the bottom. It acts as an incentive to continue performing to such a high degree and finding ways to better serve the customers because there is always room for improvement. We strive to hold on to the first place award for Online Estate Agents and look forward to moving up the ladder from third place to first place in the Firms of the Week category.

I am monumentally proud of my team and their incredible work. Customer service is always promoted by companies but rarely committed to in the way that it should be.
We really do operate with the customer at the core of what we do and to be recognised throughout the industry makes it all worthwhile. It is not about placing an award on the mantel piece, but this award is always well received because it is voted for by the customer, instead of a panel of estate agency figureheads with individual agendas.
