We’ve continued to innovate the property selling process since our conception in 2010 and have grown today to combine the perfect blend of award-winning customer service and industry-leading technology products, designed to empower our sellers during the home selling process.
Our HERO 2 platform is the next generation of a platform that has been two and a half years in the making, and we’ve invested heavily into the product to further better the experience we can offer our consumers.
Although a number of online and hybrid estate agents offer an element of technology to home sellers through the booking of viewings, nothing rivals the functionality of our home selling platform.
Our Vice President of Product, Olly Dobson, believes will further revolutionise the face of estate agency within the UK.

After looking at all of the contenders in the online estate agent arena, I decided on Emoov, partly due to the fact that they had a web-based customer dashboard that I could access when I wanted to.
I have previously been kept in the dark with high street agents when asking for information and really struggled to get anything on traffic to my property listing and so on. Although they must have had it, I’m certain they were trying to say that all interest was coming through their office in order to justify their expensive fee and overheads.
So the online dashboard was a key requirement for me and being able to access all sorts of stats from search hits and follow through rates to our property, all at the click of a button, was great!
It was good to find out after I had signed up with Emoov that they had upgraded their ‘Hero’ dashboard to ‘Hero 2’.
It has further improved the automation of my house and being able to update from the dashboard to get photo updates etc. is great. The viewing setup is good and you can pre-set availability and confirm or decline viewing requests. One set of viewers we had were impressed that it only took 20 minutes from requesting a viewing to having a confirmed time and all of that was possible via the HERO 2 dashboard.
I almost feel like a part of the team now and look forward to seeing further updates to the dashboard in the future, as well as the additional features available further down the selling process.John
