We’ve updated our London Marathon Property Price Map for 2017 to show the difference in average house price across some of the 26-mile markers in this Sunday’s race.

Across the 16 locations, the average house price is £695,255 with the cheapest option for buyers falling at mile market four in Woolwich (£328,866). The most expensive, of course, is the final mile marker at St James’s Park with the average house price topping £1.6m.
