Winning awards for our level of service is nothing new and although always nice, is just the cherry on top of something we strive to deliver every day, to every buyer and seller we deal with.
But today, AllAgents have released their latest string of awards for independent agents within organisations across the UK – naming the top 10 for outstanding customer service.
We’re delighted to announce that not just one, but two Emoov agents made the top 10!

One constant attack by the high-street sector is that online and hybrid agents do not help sellers during the final most vital stages of a property sale. This may be the case for some of our competitors but at Emoov we have a dedicated team that keep you in safe hands from the moment you have an offer submitted, right up until the day you complete on your sale.
I’m over the moon that not one, but two, of my Sales Negotiators, have been recognised as some of the best in the UK. We work extremely hard to ensure a smooth sale for our sellers in the late stages of the property process and to be recognised for the service we provide when there is so much that can go wrong, is outstanding.
It also helps to put to bed the myth that hybrid agents leave sellers to it once an offer is submitted as, in fact, it’s when we are working our hardest to maintain the service we promise.
