Yesterday marked the next step in Emoov’s exciting journey as the UK’s leading hybrid estate agent with a very successful first-day induction process for our latest Local Property Agents.

We know that local knowledge and the ability to book a face to face valuation with a local expert in your area is an important part of the property selling process, so we’ve built out our team of Local Property Agents so that you can get an accurate market valuation on your home 24/7.

But we haven’t just hired any Local Property Agents. We’ve taken our time to ensure our first points of contact are the best in the business and those that started yesterday had an average of 13 years industry experience each.

Emoov is built on some core company values, a customer-first approach to everything we do, transparency in the way we operate, empowering our colleagues and customers and of course, the fact we are leading the estate agency revolution for a better way of selling. So, for us, it was vital we find people that encompass these values and are prepared to go above and beyond in their commitment to the Emoovment.

It was vital that as we grow as a business we continue to uphold our belief that it isn’t just top tech that is changing the face of estate agency, but that outstanding people are as vital, if not more so, to the success of the Emoovment.

So rather than rush the expansion of our team of Local Property Agents, we took our time to ensure we found the right people to help spread the word of the Emoovment.

It’s been a long process but we are delighted to have hit the ground running yesterday with our first day of inductions and I know the guys are keen to get out and start making estate agency better.

Yesterday also provided our CEO Russell the chance to talk our new recruits through these company values, as well as filling them in on the history behind Emoov and how it all started way back with Russell’s grandad.

After some team building exercises, they also had the chance to get to grips with our unique proposition, including our industry-first Pay Only When Sold package that sets us apart from the other fixed fee online agents, and the fact that we have industry experts at every step of the process, not just the start.
