Once the photos, floor plan and EPC are in the bag, our admin team comes to life. They’ll get to work on creating your listing for Zoopla and Rightmove, adding pictures, floor plans and a jazzy property description to the online portals.
Once it’s all uploaded, we’ll send the listing over to you just in case you want to add anything extra. We won’t press the green button on your property until you are absolutely happy with how the listing looks.
You can also remove your property whenever you like, freezing the guaranteed marketing until you’re ready to start again. Handy if things are a bit slow around Christmas time or you’re off on an extended holiday.
The best views
It’s time to start conducting the viewings now that the property is live. Anyone who is interested in viewing your property makes a request via the online booking system. All you need to do is set the times that you’re available so that the viewer can request one of the spots. Then it goes back to you for final confirmation.
There’s no hassle, and you’re in complete control of the process. Buyers can also call us directly to arrange a viewing, at which point we will check your availability on the system. All that’s left to do is show them around the home you’ve been living in—and we doubt there is anyone better suited to do that than you.
