According to Rightmove housing expert Miles Shipside, “Thousands of potential sellers are holding back compared to this time a year ago, although the number of buyers agreeing purchases is virtually the same.”
So, that’s fewer sellers and just as many buyers then. But there’s even more good news…
Despite the downturn in sellers, the number of sales agreed that have collapsed so far this year are at their lowest in four years. Those who are buying and selling are serious, with a focus on making sure transactions complete.
There is no doubt about it – the scale is pointing directly in favour of you sellers! The time to act is now. Make your move as the current seller’s market won’t last long, and buyers will dominate once more.
