Beech Side is a wonderful family home, with FIVE bedrooms and three living rooms. The accommodation is very flexible and has over 3200 square feet (300 square metres) on three floors. Situated on Tower Hill, a private road with no through traffic, it has excellent views and good facilities in the thriving market town of Dorking.
The ground floor offers a large, dual aspect living room with bay window, leading to a spacious study with independent entrance, making it highly suitable as a home office. Also on the ground floor are a utility room and double garage, with a roof-top patio area.
The first floor, which is level with the garden at the rear of the property, is the main family area with a very spacious and bright kitchen leading to a conservatory. A large dining room/family room serves as a hub for family activities. Also on this floor are two bedrooms, one of which is currently used as a play room, and a recently fitted wetroom.
The upper floor has three good sized bedrooms, a family bathroom and an en-suite to the master bedroom. The landing area is large with wired network and could easily be used as a study area.
The gardens are easy to maintain and extend to approximately 0.3 of an acre with a lawn and beds, mainly of shrubs. There is lightly wooded area with a playhouse, a greenhouse and a productive raised vegetable bed. The whole site is well screened and offers excellent privacy.
