Each of our packages include high quality, professional photos of your home. We use the latest cameras to ensure we capture key features of your home, making sure the photos are crystal clear and looking great.

Detailed floorplans

Alongside your high quality photographs, our packages include a free detailed floorplan. Whilst taking photos, we will compile a plan of your home to be added to your online advert.

Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location listings

In this day and age, selling your home without the help of the major property search websites can be tricky. With Emoov, we will advertise your property on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location – giving your home maximum exposure to millions of buyers each month.

Finding the perfect buyer

We qualify every potential buyer that requests a viewing or makes an offer on your property.

Once a buyer has been qualified we will let you know whether they are a cash buyer, 1st time buyer, or if they are reliant on selling a property. We will explain whether the buyer is mortgage approved or if they have a mortgage in principle.

Viewing management

All viewings are scheduled via our Viewings Team or online based on your viewing availability. Once a viewing has been arranged you’ll receive a text message and email to confirm the booking, along with the full name and details about the viewer.

Our research shows, potential buyers prefer the homeowner to conduct the viewing as they have the best local knowledge of the area and can answer any questions they may have.

The offer negotiation and progression stage can be the most stressful part of the selling process.
