We went with emoov as we wanted to get on the market quickly. Hannah provided an excellent service and ensured we were on the market as quickly as possible. The whole process was easy and we found emoov helpful and informative. Our case was passed on to Hilary who was also very helpful and always there if we had any questions. We have been really impressed and would definitely use emoov again in the future.

My husband and I chose Emoov as we wanted to get our property on the market quickly. We were a little apprehensive at first as we had heard some negative things about online only estate agents and had to input a lot of the information ourselves on the online portal for the advert. We were really impressed with the end result though as the photographs were amazing. I think it took less than two weeks in total from our consultation to getting an offer on the house.

Hands down the nicest group of people to deal with in the property world. Whilst dealing with a tricky negotiation Hilary was able to calmly asses the situation and negotiate an offer that both the buyer and I were happy with, subsequently securing a deal in a less than favourable market. If you not sure about using Emoov, don't think twice. They are wonderful. The process was so easy, our contacts Claire and Hillary were always available, professional and kind. We would use them again in a flash and we cannot rate them highly enough. Both Claire and Hillary were amazing. My husband and I would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for everything they have done for us. They went above and beyond.

Simple and easy to use platform. Claire set up the brochure and the house looked great. People wanting to view just book appointments on line. This was easy to use and arrange. Only downside is if you get a message from people you do not get a notification. The sale wasnt the easiest with lender issues and then an awful solicitor. Hilary was amazing and put up with me throughout the process and didnt give up. Would really recommend Emoov!
